NOTE: Students are liable for all cash deposit fees and should add R20 when depositing money at an ATM or bank teller.

Proof of payment for monthly top-ups must be emailed to payments@rezme.co.za.

Proof of payment for service fees must be saved and uploaded with your application.

WHAT PAYMENTS ARE REQUIRED?

1. Service Fee

All students wishing to apply for a Rez are required to pay a non-refundable service fee of R500 when making their application. You will be required to provide your proof of payment of the application your selected Rez.

2. Amenities fees and private students

 3. Electricity top-ups

In the event that you finish your electricity contribution in a single month, you will be required to top-up out-of-pocket. Please use electricity sparingly! Please note that each student receives an electricity voucher to the value as stipulated by NSFAS.
