What will we do for you?
- We find properties that are safe, reliable and financially suitable for all students
- We arrange and manage all viewings
- We handle the application process and assist students where necessary
- We finalise all formalities up until the student takes up occupation of their chosen Rez
We have accommodation in the following areas:
All of our listed properties provide the following to students:
- Uncapped Wi-Fi
- A TV and DsTV (Easy-view) either per room or in a communal area
- A study desk and chair per student
- Regular cleaning services
- Fully furnished unit
- A full kitchen (kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, cutlery and crockery)
- Regular routine maintenance checks
- Each student receives an electricity contribution as per NSFAS allowance - (private top-up required if exceeded)
- Water included as per Municipal allowance
- Within 10km or less from NMU main campus
