All of our listed properties provide the following to students:

Uncapped Wi-Fi
A TV and DsTV (Easy-view) either per room or in a communal area
A study desk and chair per student
Regular cleaning services
Fully furnished unit
A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, fridge, stove, oven, cutlery and crockery)
Regular routine maintenance checks
Each student receives an electricity contribution as per NSFAS allowance - (private top-up required if exceeded)
Water included as per Municipal allowance - 50 LITRES PER STUDENT/PER DAY
Within 10km or less from NMU main campus
