WHAT APPLICATION FEES ARE REQUIRED?
1. Service Fee
All applications are being processed by our agency that is a duly registered law firm, authorised to act as an independent agent in respect of vetting all applications and drafting all lease agreements.
- A non-refundable application fee of R250 is payable upon application (proof must be uploaded with your application form).
- Once you are successfully placed, a non-refundable contract fee of R500 is payable to the agency (only once you have been accepted).
These amounts must be made to the law firm handling all applications fees and are not deposits.

3. Electricity top-ups
In the event that you finish your electricity contribution in a single month, you will be required to top-up out-of-pocket. Please use electricity sparingly! Please note that each student receives an electricity voucher to the value as stipulated by NSFAS.
