APPLICATION FOR 2026 REZME STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

Follow these easy steps to apply for your chosen Rezidence.

Step 1: View and Select your ideal Rez 👉🏽  View Properties and Top-Ups

• Please take note of your chosen residence description, address and top-up price - you will need this information when completing the application form below. 
  
• Note: Single rooms are reserved for Bursary and Private students. NSFAS students can choose a single room based on higher fee charged, a top up will be applicable.

• You will be required to upload all the documents listed below. Please have them ready BEFORE uploading.

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WHEN APPLYING:

1. Identity Document or Passport copy of the STUDENT
   
2. Identity Document or Passport copy of the PARENT or GUARDIAN 
   
3. Proof of Residence (e.g. municipal account, clothing account, bank statement) 
   
4. Proof of Registration with the University (e.g. 2026 proof of reg. )
   
5. Parents or guardian proof of employment
6. Completed and signed Surety Form BY PARENT OR GUARDIAN  
7. Proof of payment of the R250  Service Fee 👉🏽 Make Payment
