We have accommodation in the following areas:
Note: Single rooms are reserved for Bursary and Private students. NSFAS students can choose a single room based on higher fee charged, a top up will be applicable.
To ensure a safe and comfortable living space for all our Students, we encourage all to live with care and consideration for their fellow Housemates. Please download and read our Rez Rules
All of our listed properties provide the following to students:
- Uncapped Wi-Fi
- A TV either per room or in a communal area
- A study desk and chair per student
- Cleaning services
- Fully furnished unit
- A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, microwave, fridge, stove)
- Regular routine maintenance checks
- Each student receives an electricity contribution as per NSFAS allowance - (private top-up required if exceeded)
- Water included as per Municipal allowance - 50 LITRES PER STUDENT/PER DAY
- Within 10km or less from NMU main campus
